Capture One Sharpening Settings?

Just curious what others use for their sharpening setting inside of Capture One for wedding photos? I currently use the following:

Method: Soft Look
Amount: 176
Threshhold: 3

  I do all of my sharpening in photoshop. I just find that I can control it better there than here.

  Ditto on doing sharpening in PS using Photokit Sharpener. CO's sharpen is very good for a global sharpener, but I prefer Photokit because it is non distructive and you have total control as to how much, and if you don't like it just delete the layer and your back to square one.
