Combining Images from different Sessions into one 'Album'

I don't think sessions can share folders or albums, I may be wrong. We'll use Expression Media to create collections based on "extra-sessional" criteria. Capture One isn't a DAM like Lightroom. I can see what you mean about albums in the sessions though, I've never had any use for them.

    Hey Dave,

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I have been thinking about using LR as my DAM program, but am curious how Expression works with Capture One.
If I import the images to separate sessions in Capture One, then point LR to the folder (import in same location to catalog). This does not seem to automatically update changes I make to the image in CO4Pro or vice-versa.
Do CO4Pro and Expression work intuitively with one another (automatically updating metadata, changes etc)?

    Thanks,

    Brendan

Hi Brendan, I just use EM at the front and back ends of raw processing and only expect integration with photoshop which it does well. I've read that others who expect reliable metadata throughput aren't always getting it. Sorry I don't know the current status but I think there's some discussions about this in the forum.
