A6400 Support in COP 11.2 for Sony?

Hi,

I just bought an A6400 and it appears that Capture One Pro for Sony (not express) will not work with the A6400 RAW files (A6400 RAWs will not import). Is there any chance of A6400 support in the future, or should I swap to Lightroom?

    In view of Phase One's partnership with Sony (special Sony versions of Capture One, etc) one can assume that it is a pretty safe bet that there will be support for this camera, and quite soon. It only went on sale in the last month, as far as I can see, and because Phase One always build their own profiles for cameras they support there is usually a bit of a time lag before support comes along.

    It looks like a nice camera!

    Thanks for the quick reply! I didn't know if Phase One limited new RAW support to the newest version of COP (e.g. 12.x). A6400 is quite nice so far; amazing AF!

    Yes, the most likely thing is that Capture One will add support for it in an upcoming update - hopefully the next one, for your sake.

    For C1 V12 I would expect it.

    For V11 I would not expect support.

    Hi,
    i got my Alpha 6400 on February 14th.

    Until CaptureOne supports the Alpha 6400 on Windows, I am using Affinity Photo on iPad.
    Importing the RAW-Files via SD-Card-Lightning-Adaptor works fine - since iOS 12.2 😄
