How do I move the rotate tool to a different pallette?

The documentation says I can move tools to different palettes, but I can't find the instructions how to do that.

    This is a PRO feature.
    The Toolbar in the Mac Software is customizable, you can move the buttons where you would like. In both the Mac and Windows software the tool itself can be moved (or added) to any tab you wish (or float). To do this either right click on some empty space in a Tab and "Add Tool" or go to Window>Create Floating Tool.
