Image capture time goes back an hour on import

    It this in the metadata tool? Could you elaborate on your workflow and what time stamps you are comparing? Little information means little help. Thanks.

    Thanks Paul. The capture time in the camera is what I'm wanting to preserve.

    The forum software seems to have chopped off the right side of the screenshot but you can still see what's happening.

    Import - correct time showing in sample file name

    After import - time has gone back one hour in the file name

    I understand what you mean. In a quick test I could NOT reproduce the issue. Which time zone is your computer set (in OS X system preferences > date & time?

    In the Time Zone tab it's set to select the time zone automatically using the current location. British Summer Time.

    Please send us a RAW file when you do so.
    My educated guess is that the internal time stamp on the files has a code for +/- 1 Hour that is getting overlooked. It may be a non standard time stamp formula. A file will let us know.
