    Peter,
    Seems like you might need to Log Out and Back In... maybe even clear the cache of your Browser. I can verify that your support cases are present and accounted for within your account.

    All my support case are back online again, just checked (Safari 5.x, OS X 10.5.😎. You sometimes need to kick Safari below the belt, and do a RESET and force a page refresh.

    Hmmm, hi Paul
    where's that belt? I can't get rid of :
    Server Error in '/' Application.

    Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

    Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

    <!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

    <configuration>
    <system.web>
    <customErrors mode="Off"/>
    </system.web>
    </configuration>

    Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

    <!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

    <configuration>
    <system.web>
    <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
    </system.web>
    </configuration>

    when trying to go to http://www.phaseone.com/ with Safari…
    Emptied cache, forced reload page… but couldn't find any belt 😉

    works fine with Firefox…

    Error seems to exist only in Safari 4.1.2 (or approx. version)
    Not version 4.0, Not version 5.0... I would suggest those of you having the issue update Safari.

    Works fine (support case page as well) with Safari 5.01 and 5.02 and SnowLeo on another machine…
    Same Internet provider (free.fr).
    Go figure!

    So it's just that machine?
    Any internet Plug-in's? New Flash version or something?
    Or as Ulf suggested.... Did you delete your Cookies?

    One is my laptop (MacBookPro) used at home with DSL thru free.fr
    other machine is a MacPro at office with DSL thru same provider (different account).
    Both should be the same configuration… maybe more plugins in the "home" machine"? I'll try to check that this evening…

    Hmmm…

    ...kick Safari below the belt and RESET...

    No serious, Safari really needs a Reset regularly. Task one in troubleshooting that program. Will delete cookies as well.

    LoL!
    But I did reset at least 3 times yesterday… with no success… but i remember i had not checked "clear cookies" ☹️
    will try (home machine) the "Delete all board cookies" from the forum bottom page… (don't want to rebuild "Top sites" once again!)
