Determining correct lens distortion correction setting
For a lot of lenses, it's possible to go online and find data relating to their geometric distortion. For example:
- Panasonic 20mm f/1.7
- Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 USM
When these sites say that a lens exhibits X% barrel (or pincushion) distortion, how do I turn that into a distortion correction setting for use with Capture One? It seems like I shouldn't have to guess what setting to use if this sort of data is available.

You basically ask for a conversion of data between different systems. As long as a conversion table is not available (and it is not), you can not enter data from one into the other. 0
