Major Activation Problem
Really could use some help. I have used CO since version 7, and upgraded to 8 when it came out. On Monday, I purchased CO9, the full version as I need the three seats. Got my confirmation. Never received an invoice or license key.
When I checked my account it showed my purchase, but no key, and the show button for the invoice shows jibberish.
I sent a request to Tech Support regarding the issue. They closed my file saying I needed to contact One One Payment Support. I sent a query to Payment Support. They confirmed my payment and said my Key was issued, check on my account. I told them that it was not showing. I was told not to worry they would get it straightened out before 30 days.
Really. I sent the screen grab showing the issue and never heard back.
A little after midnight CST, I received a paid invoice email from Phase One with no license key. It says to report issues to Tech Support. I went on line to my account and the page is still in the same condition after 3 days. I sent another email to Phase One Payment Support advising them of this and have not even had an acknowledgement. I tried to send another report to Tech Support. This time I cannot even get it to accept my report. I don't had a damn key to reference.
Does anyone know the contact for a real human at Phase One? Who is in charge of their web issues?? Anyone?? All keep pointing to the other department. All I want is the damn key I paid for. How hard is that??? I am about to contact my CC Co. and cancel and revert to CO8 if I see that activation page one more time.

UPDATE: I have just received an email from Phase One Payment Support that this issue is being addressed by Phase One Developers and they anticipate a resolution in the near future. No specific time frame is indicated. Just in case you may be among those effected. 0 -
Relax man, it looks like C1 is quite busy with sending out licence keys, you will get yours in couple days.
You can keep running on trial in meanwhile. There is no thing to worry, as PO is fair guys 😊0 -

Direct answers to questions usually gets things resolved. Sending a customer on a time consuming run around because you don't want to just say "we have a problem with the system and we are working on it" does make it a little frustrating for someone running a business and burning their own time. Implying that the issue might be related to a credit card is rather unnerving as is telling someone an invoice and key have already been issued when it cannot be produced. Yes, I can use CO9 as a trial, the problem would be that I would have 3 machines with the darn splash and activation screens popping up ever time I open the app. I am using CO8 on the other 2 machines until activations arrive to avoid that situation.
As stated, the problem is anticipated to be resolved soon. So far the the new version does looks good. Except for the activation pop up page...did I mention I really don't care for it????
