Upgrade pricing

I've just been to the photography show where I found you were offering discounts on capture on 9 I asked the sales manager if there were discounts on upgrades but he said no as its only £40 to upgrade.

I've tried to upgrade but its actually £100, is there supposed to be a special code to put in to get the lower price?
