colour temp set in camera changes when imported to C1Pro
Can anybody tell me why a specific colour temp set in camera seems to change subtly when I import an image into C1?
Using a Sony A7sII and have set the colour balance manually to 3200 K.
When imported, the White Balance readings end up as follows:
Mode: Shot
Kelvin: 3390
Tint: -1.6
I'm actually still using C1Pro 9.3 but I did an import into my ver. 10 and got the exact same readings.
I shoot in situations where I use different colour temp settings in camera and the results after import are always different from what I've set to some degree or another.
Also, I've tried it with a Canon 5DIII and get the same behaviour. Also happens when tethered.

This is a well known issue of most of the developing softwares, and among them, Capture One is the best. So, don't complain !! 😉 0
