Did some more research and it turns out that having Windows Ink turned on was the problem, turning if off for Capture One solved my problem.

Strange as it worked yesterday with no problem and I hadn't changed anything.

If you turn Ink off you lose the pressure sensitivity.... just as an FYI.

I find that Windows (7 still in my case) does sometimes get a little "confused" about which window should be "on top" at any moment.

The application can be anything. MS Office is just as prone to the occasional anomaly as any other application.

Changing some setting or a couple of re-boots usually clear the problem for a while.

    HTH.

    Hello,
When using Capture One today together with my Wacom tablet I notice that the pointer (mouse pointer) is hidden as if behind Capture One and isn't visible.

No ideas, but I had the same situation. It was working properly and after either update of Windows 10, or an update of Capture One, the issue happened.

Disabling Windows Ink helped, just like in your case.
