Can't Use C17 Express In Trial Mode

When I download the 7 Express trial and try to open it there is a problem. It asks if I want to try it, run DB or activate. My old 6 Express activation code is already filled in on the activation line. So when I pick "try" it says it must relaunch to use the c 7 pro version. Also, on the try panel it says I have 59 days remaining. So I click ok and absolutely nothing happens. Therefore I can't try c7 express or pro. I have uninstalled, re-downloaded and reinstalled with no luck. Please help if you have any ideas.

  You could try again after you renamed the Capture One application, for example into Capture one 7.
