Capture One Pro 11.2 not behaving with Blackmagic eGPU
I have the 2018 13" i7 2.7Ghz MacBook Pro and the Blackmagic eGPU running on he latest High Sierra OS. When using Capture One on the MacBook Pro screen everything works fine. When working on my NEC PA271W (mini display port) external screen through the eGPU CO behaves really strangely. When I zoom in and then zoom out of an image it looks like the zoomed in image is still sitting behind the zoomed out image. It is visible around the edges. Also, when selecting from the workflow icons sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Sometimes the tools under each icon merge and overlap one another when I try to change to a different icon. When I try to select the user styles dropdown menu it won't drop down. Generally just very glitchy. I have tried changing CO preferences and nothing helps. All my other software seems to work perfectly fine with the eGPU but not Capture One. Anyone got some thoughts on what might be causing this? Thanks!

Sorry, I have fixed the problem by rebooting the computer. All working fine now! 0 -
How responsive is the photo browser Capture One Pro 11 for you with the eGPU connected? I'm using it with a fully loaded 2016 MBP and I've found that everything is actually SLOWER with the eGPU connected when I'm using the digital asset management features of Capture One Pro. It does speed up my export jobs, but creates lag in navigating my photo catalog. I was specifically hoping to get more instantaneous navigation through my catalog, but instead it got slower. Faster export rendering is nice, but doesn't change things much for me. 0
