    Just wanted to echo the sentiments. I think one of the biggest 'upgrades' is the level of customer support that is now available. Even though I have had a few problems I feel that I am supported now whereas when I tried C1 before it took ages to even get a response, so well done to everyone for producing such a fine piece os software.
