Sony arw files overexposure issue

I am having a problem with Sony arw raw files are all coming in to C1 Pro overexposed by about 1.1 stop.
Also the white balance seems a little reddish.

This was not a problem until recently. I have updated to the latest version as the update process on starting up said there was a newer version so I updated.
Seeing the problem I uninstalled and reinstalled the previous version but had the same problem, so I did a clean install of the latest version(v 4.6.2.26361.26348).

Is anybody else have this problem?
Is there anything I could check to straighten this problem out.

  i'm having a similar problem with a phase one p45 back.

  Not to mention that C1 cannot get the WB values right for Sony a700's. I was told this bug would be fixed (by Support, no less).
