Two empty tool tabs
It seems that the v10 workspace doesn't show by default the composition tool tab and the Black & White tool tab. You can of course, select to show them. But they have no tools on them.
The tools that used to appear on the composition tool tab do feature elsewhere, but I have to say that I don't find it intuitive to go to the Lens tool tab for Crop or Rotation & Flip for example. I can set up the Composition tab to include what I would expect to find there (Crop, Rotation & Flip, Keystone and Overlay) and I have done so. I will have to go back to my other computer that is still on v9 to remind myself what used to appear on the B & W tool tab.
But I wondered whether these two tabs are meant to be empty by default, or whether somehow my installation is defective. Does anyone know?

I think that the empty tool tabs are by design. That said, you can select the Capture One 9 workspace from the built-in workspaces to find the Composition tool tab back again, and filled with the tools as it were in CO9. No need to go to another computer with CO9. 😉 0 -
Ian,
As I recall there are some comments about the revisions to the default screens and how tools are grouped (and why) in the release notes.

Thanks. I'll have a look at that.
