Have to activate C1 each time I open it

HI

I have just bought a subscription.

Each time I open C1 I have to activate it again. Its a bit of a bother as I'm opening and closing it a lot in my work flow.

Can anyone help please.

Contact Phase One support and they will almost certainly be able to sort it out for you. (There have been one or two people on here with the same problem. You could try searching the forum. But I think that they will have got help from Support.)

This has happened to me before, when the installation did not work correctly. If you run C1 from the DMG file it will ask you every time.

Did you do the drag the icon to the applications folder icon bit when installing?
