What C1 files are you saying Lightroom and ACR support?
What kind of files are you converting and with Lightroom or ACR?
    Thank you,

I am converting the RAW files created by my Phase One P30 back. The Adobe Raw Converter in the Photoshop CS3 beta also works with the P30 files and, in my opinion, is much more usable and powerful than Capture One. I have run several side by side tests and see no difference in the converted files (comparing C1 with ACR and Lightroom).

I use C1 with my Lightphase. The raw image is a 13.7MB file and when I process it in C1, the file size is 18MB.

I've tried importing the capture into Lightroom and, when I export it, all I get is a 1.13MB file. Now, I'm quite familiar with Lightroom, I know I'm making the correct settings in Export. So, why am I not getting the full 18MB file when exporting it?

I'm quite happy with C1, but I'm teaching Lightroom and it would be nice if I could use my Lightphase Raw files as examples.

    Any help would be appreciated.

well you have several choices when exporting - firstly if you export in JPEGs move the dial to max or better still export in tif, there shoud be no problems.

other then the fact that even ver1 is still tempramental and gives too many errors - still.

wait and see for the next patched one, hope it works correctly.

love to see the new C1pro ver4, sure to have the best........

I'm exporting as a TIFF and all I'm getting is the 1.3MB file.

If I should put my 2 cents to this...

I do not know for a fact that II am right, but I remember something a while ago and at that time they said that they would only support P series backs. I might be wrong and they still do not have any "Official support" for Phase One backs in the software....how ever it does work... with P series at least.

Thanks, I think that is the issue as to why my files won't work.

I notice the raw files are saved with the ".tif" suffix. Is this normal, or do I have a preference set improperly?
