Original Canon 1D TIFF files
Am I missing something or does Media Pro (running 1.3 now) not support the original Canon 1D TIFF files? I can add them to my catalog and see a thumbnail of the image(s) but when I double-click on one I get a message that rendering is disabled.
I've tried back and forth between WIC and C1Pro rendering and there's no difference. As I have thousands of these images, it's important to me to be able to render an adequate preview. (As iMatch and Lightroom both do.)
I'd like to like Media Pro, I really would, especially since I've been a C1Pro user for many years now, but between this TIFF file issue and the overall slowness of the program, it's really hard.
(And at the bottom right of my display, in the status bar, I've had a spinning gear icon for hours now. And when I close Media Pro and save the catalog, the resulting file size is always 100-250 bytes different, even after hours of that spinning gear. My catalog is currently 3,006,275 bytes large.)
