You can't Export from within Capture One, but the file containing your shortcut is in the user library. So you can just copy it from there and install it onto the other machines.

    ~/Library/Application Support/Capture One/KeyboardShortcuts/

has anyone had any problems finding this folder? i did the terminal command to always show the library folder but it seems i don't have a capture one folder in application support. i was able to get the setting files i needed from someones computer so I do know how to find it....just not on mine.

If the terminal command did not work for you, try one of the other workaround to open the user's library folder, like Finder > Go menu > press Alt key and Library shows up.
