Why no support for compressed Fuji RAF files? Workarounds?
Hi there,
Anyone knows if C1 is planning on supporting compressed RAF files coming out of the new top of the line cameras like the Xpro 2, XT2 and the X100F? Since all those bodies are sold out all the time I don't get why C1 is still lacking supporting the preferred format? 😭
Since I don't want to fill up my SD cards twice as fast I'm thinking of workarounds. Since I use Photo Mechanic to cull my photos and then import to C1 I was thinking using the feature "Convert RAW to DNG..." which works together with the Adobe DNG RAW Converter.
Turns out that the converted compressed RAF to DNGs via the Adobe DNG RAW Converter can't be read properly by C1!? When I open them in ACR or Lightroom everything works fine, when I open them in C1 I get a horrible blue cast which is not correctable via a simple whitebalance.
Anyone has a working workaround for this problem?
