d500 aren't importing.

Version 10 imports my d800 nefs but not my d500 nefs although the d500 is on the list of supported cameras. Is this again a setting I'm missing or is it a bug?

What format & compression are you shooting in ?
How are you importing?

NEF's with no jpgs from a folder on my laptop. No compression.
