Images don't show in folder (session)
I've encountered a problem recently in v11. Here's an example. A couple of days ago I processed some images to JPGs. They are there in the Output folder in Finder. But in the Output folder as seen in Capture One, they aren't visible. It's as if somehow it hasn't refreshed the view. Eventually something happens that makes it refresh and then the JPG images are visible. For instance after I typed the previous sentence I went back to Capture One and suddenly there they were. This kind of thing has happened several times over the last few days. Is it just me, or are others seeing this too?

I've had this problem sporadically many times in v. 11. I just upgraded to 11.01 and voila, they're all appeared so I presume a bug has been fixed. 0 -
I've upgraded to 11.01 too, but this happened for me again only yesterday.

Ian,
As you will recall I use Windows so I have no real basis for a helpful comment.
However I see the symptoms as you described them quite frequently if I download and image - for testing or helping posters here for example - to my default download folder. Very often is will not appear immediately in any open session used to access the downloads folder.
As I have used downloads for some time the Capture One session subfolders already exist for it.
One I tried yesterday was exactly like that. I could see it in Faststone but not C1. Then I realised that I had Opened the image rather than saving on first download so it was not in the folder expected but a temp folder instead.
Downloading directly once more and then re-reading the folder seemed to work - so presumably at that point the preview and thumbnail were created.
In effect if creating an output file and then reading it in C1 the process to create the thumbnail and preview (and register the file in the .cosessiondb index if the folder is a favourite) would have to run and if for some reason it does not there may be nothing for the browser to discover.
Thinking "aloud", if the process had written the file but for some reason had not released it presumably the written file, visible to the OS finder, might still be locked in such a way that the thumbnail/preview could not be processed at the time?
Just a speculative thought but maybe something that might narrow the areas for investigation a little?

Thanks. If the issue persists, I might raise a support case.
