Phase One Site Issue
Well, I thought I would access Phase One's site and 'purchase' a copy of Expression - however, the process requires me to enter credit card details for a zero value purchase. The site even states -
Microsoft® Expression® Media 2 Mac
Microsoft® Expression® Media 2 Mac for existing Capture One owners. To you it is FREE. Please complete the purchase flow and remember to have your Capture One license code and a credit card readily available[/color:oe70ud8k].
[I am an existing Capture One owner].
.
❓
Sigh.
Cheers,
John

Ok, I just resolved the issue I described in my previous post. I went and did the order through the store. When it came time for the card info, I entered all "x"'s, gave the expiry to the current month, and used a few zeros for the ccv. I got the license after entering my valid CO 5 Pro license key. I know it said Mac on the order, but I have been able to interchange licenses between platforms with CO Pro before. If not I will open a support case.
I hope this helps.0 -
That's one way to do it.
Basically we have no other option than to use the current setup through the E-Shop. Because we need to verify some information in order to provide (and accurately document) the Product Key, the process cannot be changed.
