C1 LE will not allow processing of images

We have thoroughly unistalled the previous versions of Capture One, including plists, invisible plists (activation prefs), caches etc. Reinstalled the C1 LE 3.5.2, and authenticated via internet. It works in all ways but one. The process image is grayed out. I looked on the forums for a similar issue, and did what they said on those forums which were close. But still cannot utilize the Processing. Can you help.

  Try deleting the preference file
  /Library/Preferences/
  Delete all files starting with
  com.phaseone
  Restart Capture One.
