I have seen identical odd (highly negative) values for color temperature or tint in CO3.7x so every now and then (not very often). Did not take note regarding circumstances like camera etc. Minor glitch in the interface of the program reading a bit to much or less (just an opinion from the kitchen table).

Just experiencing the same thing ☹️

The Tint scale shows minus two zillion and resetting the sliders won't help (it keeps bouncing back after a while). Automatic colour balance gives strange results (green tint -60, should be around 0).

Luckily this bothers only a couple of shots (I had applied the same settings to all).

P.S. Just checked the pictures, after writing the lines above... The pictures now keep their settings and I can't reproduce the problem. *sigh* I guess I have to process them before it's too late...

I think it is a bug or a glitch. When ever I get those strange negative Tint numbers, I reset the value to -1 or +1 , then click the 'Set as Capture White Balance' button. The problem only shows up when the Tint is set at 0.

    Hello,

This is a glitch caused by improperly tagged color balance in the file, we have seen it in both DSLR and digital back files. Just set a reasonable tint amount or better yet gray balance on a gray card and your image will be fine.
