updated c1 pro: i can't see my nikon d200... m/i
hi there,
i'm running c1 pro on my mac, until now with really no or just minor probs. now, i try to shoot direct into c1 and i have a problem. when the d200 is connected with the mac, i have to restart the program to see my nikon. i does not show the d200 automatically.
the same problem, when i disconnect the d200 and connect it again... no d200 in c1 pro ☹️
what's the problem with this? can i change it?
thanks and excuse my bad english 😊

Michael,
Please check the activity monitor to see if there are other drivers at play that may be wreaking havoc on the Nikon Connection. It's possible that another program is trying to connect to the Nikon, such as Image Capture. Once Capture One is restarted it takes priority on the connection to the camera and all is well.0 -

hi drew,
i did, what you say, but no other programm for the nikon was running. no iphoto, no aperture, no image capture, nothing of interest.
all the best,
