Windows 8 CP1 Pro 7.01 Tethered DSLR Problem

Since installing Windows 8 Pro x64 CP1 Pro 7.01 is not recognising any of my Canon DSLRs when tethered, however, it did recognise them under Windows 7 Pro x64. I'm using a Canon 50D, 7D and 5D MII.

Is this a known issue?
