Anybody experience delay with EM2 license?
Hi, I applied for the EM2 license offer [iview media pro user] and have heard nothing for 7 days.
I imagine the company is swamped with requests for there generous offer but had hoped to have heard something from them if only an email. Anybody else in similar position. I have the correct site license for iview.

Delays, I can't even get the free download. It's a circle jerk. I'm prompted to put in my C15Pro license and it says my software is upgraded. That's it. Nothing else. I tried to download a trial version and the international version is all that is offered--and English isn't listed as one of the languages.
So, how did you guys even get the free version? Maybe I'm doing something wrong, like following the screen prompts 😄 .0 -

Regarding the 'software is upgraded' message, I would try to use the original license key from a previous version you used to upgrade from. If you do not have this license key at hand, go to the Phase One site, login, account, license management and retrieve it from there.0 -
On a similar note, I am an Expression Media user and applied for Phase One license about 1½ weeks ago. Haven't received any email since (and I have been suspiciously checking my Spam-folder). The upside: no promotional emails either 😁
Just received license code! 😄 Thank you, Phase One. Now excuse me: I'll be busy for the next few hours/days.
Maybe the popularity of this license acquiring has surprised the PO staff and merely the queue is over 5 days. I'm thinking of contacting the support, but on the other hand I wouldn't like to clog the support as well 🙄 Though, it is strange there isn't any mention about this delay on the homepage nor on the license request page.

I just Logged In (created an account) and went to:Microsoft® Expression® 2 SP2 for Mac OS X is localized for Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Spanish, Swedish.
The English is implicit!!

Sorry for the cross-post, but I figured I would chime in and say that it has been a week since requesting a Capture One license as an EM2 user. So you are not alone!
I have a promotional mail as well. Seems like the staff is not ready for the demand. How hard is it to post a banner on the home page to let folks know about new timelines?0 -

We have been quite surprised by the uptake and we are working as fast as we can to deal with requests as we get them.
If you have completed checkout and have not received a key, please create a support case - we will forward it to sales for their immediate attention and they will look into it.
It is not our wish or intention to give our users the run around or indeed "a circle jerk" (unpleasant as it sounds).
Also it should be noted that any requests for keys made in the promotion period will be honored.0 -

You mentioned 'completed checkout'. All I had to complete was a box to enter my email address and Iview media pro license. Am I missing a step?0 -

Apologies. 🤭 For clarification:
Customers who are existing Capture One users get EM2 free by validating their C1 keys in the e-shop, and complete the checkout process for $0.00/€0.00. Any problems with this process please contact Support.
Exisiting iView and EM users who are registering their product and email through the (survey.anp.se) web form, should contact support if you have not received your key after 5 working days.
We will do our best to sort it out in a timely manner.

As I have stated in the Capture One forum and here again, I have filled out the web form as an existing EM2 user. I did that around June 6th. Today is June 17th and I have nothing yet.
I have also opened a Support case which is now closed stating that the issue has been forwarded to the sales department. That was over 4 days ago.
Much as you like not say other wise, this is a huge disappointment. I wish PhaseOne has the capaicity to serve a potential customer better. There is no email confirmation other than an acknowledgement on the web page when the survey was filled out.0 -
The free EM2 from CO license offer is handled automatically by Phase One and is a speedy process. Takes only minutes.
A free CO license from a EM2 license or a free EM2 license from a iView license is handled by another party and involves apparently more handling. The 5 day estimation was based on expected workload. Now that this workload has exploded a lengthy queue is waiting for processing. Takes more time. But still free. Why complaining? Are we that spoiled?
Some extra credit and patience for such a generous offer - rarely seen in this kind of industry - will do.0 -
I received my license from Phase One today. It was a little over the 5 day period. 16 days but it did arrive and I am very grateful to Phase One for their generous offer. 0 -
I sent an email to tech support, because I couldn't find any other place to send my question. Then I found this and it may be more appropriate here. I have a registered version of Expression Media and would like to enter my serial number and get registered with PhaseOne. I did not receive a "survey" or any notice of the change in ownership. Found out while searching google for something else.
Would appreciate help in getting registered, thank you. As for the copy of CO, it would be wonderful, but I expect it's too late by now. Please let me know, and let me know if I am registered.

Same as the previous, I found out about the change in ownership by happenstance. I think it is unfair that registered users of Expression Media and IView were not informed about this "stock exchange." I would love to have the chance to utilize PhaseOne's software package before heading to Extensis Portfolio or Adobe Aperture in frustration. I received a license code from you on May 31. I can find no way to let your website know that I am a registered owner of EM: no place to enter that code. This means I can't open support cases.

There is no need to register any product (this is only for hardware anyway) it is not a required field.
Only the fields with stars ( * ) are required fields.0
