Image -> Edit with ... (Photoshop 2019 does not appear)

When you want to edit a photo with Photoshop 2019 (Image -> Edit with ...), it does not come out. There are other programs.
I have to go look for it in program files and run the Photoshop EXE.
I have version CO 12.1.2 / Windows 10 Pro. /

    You need to add any program that you want to add to the Preferences / Plugin menu via the OS.

    Use File Explorer to browse to a file type that the program you want to use can open. Choose "open with" from the right click menu in File Explorer and open the file in PS. You then can close the program and PS will be available in the Preferences / plugin menu. Any programs you check in the Plugin menu will appear in C1Pro's "open with" menu.
