capture orientation

Using C1 6.0, on a Mac, with a 5dmk2, how do I get the images to rotate so files are oriented vertical? The menu item "Camera>Orientation" is grayed out. The 5Dmk2 "auto rotate" is set to "off"

  Create a "Style" with the proper orientation for the file, displayed as you want it.
  Then use "Default from Style" in the "Next Capture Adjustment" setting.
