This works fine here (mac os), edit in photoshop (with the correct settings) produces a 16bit proPhoto image.

    Hi,

I have a problem with the JPEGmini Pro (trial) plug-in extension. The application works well by itself in stand alone, reducing drastically the weight of jpeg images (and only jpeg images...). But opening or editing a jpeg image (created by Capture One) from the plug-in doesn't work : JPEGmini tells me that it can't open JPEG image format !!
    A clue, please ?
    Thanks,
    Robert

P.S. I don't know how to include JPEGmini Pro in the plugins preferences.

I don't fully understand what you are trying to do. Have you installed the JPEGmini plugin? Haveyou filled in the verification key in the plugin preferences? Are now you are trying to use the actions it adds to the publish and open with menu in recipes?

    OK, I understand now !!
I tried to include the JPEGmini Pro full application into the plugins list and, actually, it didn't work, as I can't add any other app than the ones already known from Capture One.
But the JPEGmini plugin is not the same as the full application. So, I went to the JPEGmini plugin web page and subscribed to the beta version, as the final release isn't yet ready.
