I think you'll find that it does if the lens is supported. You can see whether the lens is supported from within Capture One by looking at the list in the profile drop down on the lens correction tab. If the image was shot with a supported lens, the lens model will have been selected and will show there. You can see the full list by clicking on the drop-down and going to the lists shown under each make. So the image I am looking at at the moment shows as Nikon AF-S Zoom Nikkor 79-300 mm (+ some more detail of the exact model). But I can click the list and check out say the Olymous models. Quite a few of the micro four-thirds models are listed. Some Panasonic lenses are also listed but I don't know enough about them to tell whether they are micro four-thirds models.

Also somewhere on Phase One's website there is a list of supported lenses, but it's not easy to find!

Yes I was able to access the list of supported lenses, two of my three lenses are supported the one I am most interested in the Zuiko Digital m4/3 14-150mm Mk2 is not included.!?
Hope it gets included in an update.

I used to have an Olympus camera, using the full size four thirds lenses, not micro four thirds, and the lenses I had were not supported (and still aren't). But I have to say that I got excellent results from Capture One anyway. Even if the lens is not supported, you can still do adjustments for pincushion or barrel distortion manually using the sliders on the lens correction tab - though most of the time I think you will find that you don't need to. And you can also get Capture One to analyse an image for chromatic aberration, and apply a correction. So you should still get on well.

The micro 4/3 lenses are different they are designed to be light and small but require lens correction via the software, in camera and post processing. The info for the correction is in the raw file header. Adobe ACR / Lightroom do these corrections automatically, as does the Olympus and Panasonic software.

There is no requirement that to apply micro 4/3 lens corrections any more than there is an automatic need for them.

One of the nice features of C1P is that you can choose the strength of the correction, from zero to more than 100%. I usually leave the distortion correction at zero which gives noticeably sharper image corners, enabling the correction only when genuinely needed (eg architecture).
