I just had a quick try. Made some wacky changes so they were easily noticeable (to the raw file) right click selected PS 2019 (latest version). Tiff, uncompressed 16bit file. C1 created the Tiff with the adjustments and opened with the adjustments in PS.

New variant creates 2nd fresh file with non of the adjustments made. Clone variant creates a new file with all the adjustments made to the original file.

    I'm running Mojave 10.14.1

You may need to try reinstalling remove Phase One preference files in Library/preferences etc. Hope this helps.

1.) Right click > Edit > Photoshop 2018 -- Does not carry over white balance information
2.) Process images does not process multiple photos, yes even when multiple photos are selected
3.) Export variant does not do anything, little popup happens [Cancel] [Export ## Variants] when export is pressed nothing happens, photos do not export.

Answer 1.) the right-click > Edit with feature sends a processed image file to another application; the white balance information is not carried over to Photoshop but is applied to the raw image when processing; if this is not the case, contact support
Answer 2.) this is strange; contact support
Answer 3.) also contact support over this

It seems there is something wrong with your setup. I would suggest to uninstall Capture One and clear preferences etc. and start again. Support can help with that too.

If they're not showing then the app hasn't (for what ever reason) created them yet. They look like this

    com.phaseone.captureoneXX.plist

XX being the version 10 11 and I guess 12.

Ok... If you haven't already it's probably best to get a support ticket logged. Somethings is quite right but the tech guys should be able to get to the bottom of it for you.
