Camera Setup Preference is blank 3.7.4
I'm using a MacBook Pro, on 10.4.5 (since the camera won't connect at all on 10.4.6) with 3.7.4 build 2784, tethered to a Canon 5D. When I click on preferences, all seem to work normally except the Camera Setup preference. (I need to adjust the defualt orientation.) The window is completely blank.
I know it worked in previous versions, but I can't guarantee it worked on the earlier versions of 3.7.4.
Thanks,
greg

I see there was a post of the same problem a day or two ago, but restarting does NOT seem to fix the problem fpr me. I have not yet been able to get the Camera Setup preference window to appear.

I have the same problem. I have a Canon EOS 1Ds and when i use capture one 3.7.4 the \"camera setting\" windows is blank....
So I turn back to 3.7.3 version.....0 -
Hello
We know about this issue.
This only affects Canon and not Phase One camera backs.
The only option in this tab that is valid with Canon is force image orientation.
So the current work around is one out of two options:
1. Downgrade to Capture One 3.7.3
2. Rotate images post shooting.
There is also the possiblility to keep 3.7.3 app in the computer and launch this version when this setting needs to be changed.0 -
Boot the Mac, open C! and select Camera Default. Use Auto Rotate on the Mark 2.
Works fine after that, and the orientation is automatic.
