I have lost my ability to process
I have been using P1 Pro for a year, but recently I can't process the captures. I can download them to P1, adjust using all of the controls, but when I click on Process nothing happens either when it is one or multiple captures. I suppose I should delete the copy and download another unless you have a suggestion. Can you help?

Are you sure you didn't switch off the queue by mistake? In that case your processes end up in the queue, but are never processed until you enable the queue again. 0 -
Thank you for your answer. That is exactly what I did. I have never used the batch queue, always just selected a number of individual captures and processed them at once with the individual queue. However, there were many lined up for the batch queue and the enable check was off. Well I feel better already. Thanks again. 0
