MP 1.4.1.: reading of ICC color profiles does not work

Just find another bug in the new MP 1.4.1: The application does not read embedded ICC color profiles anymore. More than that it refuses to manage embedded color profiles (menue "Action" - "manage color profiles"). Whenever I try this MP gives back an error message ("cannot change color management for the selected media item - only RGB, CMYK and Grayscale Photoshop, TIFF or JPEG images are supported for color management") even though I try this on a JPEG-Image.

Even when I switch on the "Color Profile"-field in the "View Option"-menue of the "Thumbnail View" (Strg+J), neither the thumbnail view nor the Information-panel on the left side (strg+4) shows any embedded icc color profile.

When I renew the thumbnail (strg+B) of an image catalogued with an older version of MP which still shows the embedded ICC-profile correctly, the ICC-profile disappears.

I use MP 1.4.1 on Win7 Prof. SP1 64bit and on Win XP SP3 32bit - two completely different machines, same behaviour.

So thats another one I had not noticed, every time they introduce a new update they seem to also introduce more new annoying bugs!

I made the decision a few days ago to give up on it and use something else as my main Dam program until they sort it out or abandon it, my money is on the latter.

I missed this one as well.
A few functions seem to be faster and more stable, though I haven't had time to go through everything I normally use yet.
