I am not Drew, but 30-days or less was considered recent in a few cases going around here. But you best contact Drew in a support case. I am sure you get an answer the clears it all up for you.

    Thanks for the reply Paul,

I should take a look at those, as I was too concerned with the problems and bugs articles.

I purchased it in mid October, and then started using it in November, as its hard for any work environment to switch or devote resources to a new app. It takes some staging and time to get it massaged into a workflow, or at least to get familiar with it.

I don't remember when I first got an email to the anouncement release of CO6, but I think it was a couple weeks ago?
I wish we can have some common logic and stretch the date for those few that are in a "grey area". Its not like when I was about to purchase it a pop-up came up and said... "BTW, v6 will be out in about a month!". That would be the alternate common sense, but not so likely.

I did a support ticket before I posted here, as I was denied and without a reply to be heard as the case was considered "Finished". The sup rep said this is not a "couple days", which is something I never claimed, so I don't know if they read my post or ? But I don't think 30-60 days is at all long. Specially with most trail versions that expire in 30days. I don't think there has ever been an app that we don't need an extention for longer than 30days to even give it a half rounded test drive, and most apps I evaluated have extended the 30 days when contacting them.
I just wish I had some heads up that, CO 6 is around the corner, so you may want to wait.

If everything was so black and white, why have judges, or support staff for these things. Maybe this in a clearly defined statment when I searched through all kinds of articles (as I was thinking this should be a valid upgrade) would have also been something to discover?

For your information, CO6 was released 1 Dec 2010. No prior announcements were done, as far as I am aware of. And very few mentioned it here in a post before the release. It seemed to be a well kept secret.
