If the release of v4.5 is a big leap for you, you might better start fasten your seatbelt now. 😉

Great news Ulf; can't wait. I've been nagging you guys forever. Please keep in mind as you support the D 700 that at times the red channel is very hot that will cause either blown highlights or skin that looks like rosacea is a problem.

Additionally, you probably know that many feel that the D2x profiles are most accurate for the D700. Please ensure that this is taken into consideration as you develop the profile.

Am very excited as I love your profiles for the Leica M8 and can't wait for the D700 profile.

Thanks folks for releasing version 4.5 today! The D700 files look great and are as close to accurate as possible color-wise, when I use the D2x profile as opposed to the D700 profile. This is not surprising as it is universally acknowledged that Nikon's D2x profile is its most accurate color-wise ever. Pros begged Nikon to release their D2x profiles to add to the picture control menu on all the recent cameras, if they so desired. I did. Thus, I shoot with the Nikon D2x profile as my picture control profile on my D700! Maybe that's why the D2x profile works so beautifully! But boy what a beauty it is!
