set the software in English on Chinese language system

i'm using powerbook, and the system language is Chinese (simplified), since my native language is Chinese, i just wonder if there's any way to run the English version on my Chinese system???? i prefer to use english version because all the tutorials and forums are written in English.

i tried all the setting in the software but couldn't find the answer...

help please..

  Sure this can be done but it will be a \"dirty hack\".
  Do following:
  Close Capture One
  go to /Application/Capture One PRO
  Right click (CTRL + click) on the Capture One PRO app and choose \"Show package contense\".
  Go in to the folder \"Contents\" and the \"Resources\" move the folders zh_cn.lproj and zh_TW.lproj out of this folder out to the desktop.
  (CN is simplified and TW is traditional)
  Close all folders.
  When launching Capture One it chould default to English.
