Hello.

Is it possible to make a refund for upgrade license i've bought for my CO6? You know CO7 is just BAD. Really guys, it's awful. In this new version you just took all these good working and relatively convenient things and features and made them almost unusable, and nothing more.

  That's a real pain, I feel for you. If only you had adopted the free trial of CO Pro 7 you'd still have the cash to buy something much better. Still, you live and learn I suppose.....
  
  I'm still waiting for mine to crash and burn so I can ask for a refund as well, unfortunately the damn thing just keeps working!

  I guess it is best to contact the customer support, this forum is just a user forum. However, I do not think that you will get a refund, but asking will not cost you anything.
  
  C1 7 is not working well for me, too, that's why I decided to not buy by now. Phase One is offering a 60-day free trial period which is really nice and long enough to perform intensive testing. This will not help with your current issue but maybe with the next release.
