"Load Error" on startup of 6.3.3

Just installed 6.3.3 and the error log pops up and "load error" keeps popping up. Any ideas why?

    I suspect either of the following needs to be deleted: session file, preference files, process recipe, batch queue

    I trashed every capture file incl. the application and re-installed. Still getting the "load error" upon opening

    this is what comes up in error log when highlighting "load error"

    Description: Unknown icc profile: Phase One Effects -No color correction.icm
    Domain: com.phaseone.captureone

    Change the input profile. CO6 has problems with loading adjustments form the .cos file when this input profile is selected.

    go to "quick" tool tab, "base Characteristics": ICC Profile

    anyone know why C1 pro has issues using the "phase one effects-no color correction" profile

    Using my macbook pro 2011 i7 with this profile crashes my computer
    Using my imac 2011 i7 it seems to work
