HI, is it possible to ex- and on another mac import the menu/ Arbeitsumgebung? Thx, lars

  Hi Lars
  This is an advanced proceedure, but it can be possible. Capture One will very likely not support it. If you get into ttrouble, you are on your own. 😊
  
  

  
  1. First save the workspace with some unique name - Perhaps LarsH_AG1
  2. Using Finder, and pressing the option key, go to your account's Library folder.
  3. Find the folder ~/Library/Application Support/Capture One/Workspaces
  4. In this folder you should find the file "LarsH_AG1.plist"
  5. Copy this file to the same folder on the other Mac
  6. Start C1 and see if it has worked.
  

  
  
  Things that might cause this to fail:
  

  
  Capture One is not the same version (I would make very certain that the two C1s are the same version)
  Screen size is different
  OSX is a different version

  Thanks, Eric. I found: Application Support, but no Capture One... And search failes, only two plist.
  It is not so importend. Best, lars

  There are two folders named Library in the filesystem:
  
  /Library
  /Users/<yourusername>/Library
  
  Look in the second one.

  In case others may find and use this post (since Lars has left the conversation), in OSX there are three kinds of libraries.
  
  There is

  /Library
  /System/Library
  /Users/<userid>/Library

  
  
  The first two are easy to find with Finder, but in most cases not very useful to the user.
  
  The third item is the most useful to the user, but since about OSX 10.10 Apple has made the decision that Users should not be able to easily find their own Library. (Microsoft like thinking). And this is the Library where the Capture One Preferences files, Workspace files and Script files are located. And some other Capture One files.
  
  How to access it? Open Finder, on the menu bar click on "Go" - this brings up a nice menu with a list of locations. Now click the Option key, and "Library" will appear in that menu. This is the hidden user account Library. Click on "Library" and Finder will open your user account's Library

  
  
  • ~/Library/Preferences contains the Capture One Preference files: com.phaseone.captureone11.plist
  
  
  • ~/Library/Application Support/Capture One/Workspaces contains the Capture One Workspace files: workspace_name.plist
  
  
  • ~/Library/Scripts/Capture One Scripts contains the Capture One Scripts files: script_name.app

  
  
  ("~" is shorthand for the user account's home directory, aka /Users/<youruserid>
