Agreed. 6.2 is a joke.
C1 team need to test more thoroughly before putting us all through this.
It's not enough to say we need to check our own systems, and re-install etc etc.
I've never worked with a more unstable software.
We're all pros here - and we can't afford the time.
Please get your act together!0 -
A little over dramatic especially as you call yourself a professional......
If something causes your machine to crash, stop using it........ SIMPLE!
Its not like C1 versions previous to 6.2 are a complete dog so just go back to using 6.1.1 which was working fine. If Phase left us with a non working programme then I could understand your post but they haven't. Is there a feature in 6.2 that we never used to have that you now can't do without?
Its not great 6.2 is buggy but so what, just don't use it and you'll have no need to complain about it.0 -
Try CO 6.2.1, just released. This maintenance update targets several stability issues of 6.2. 0 -
I find this puzzling. As one who had tremendous instability with v.6.1, v.6.2 has worked flawlessly for me so far. I highly recommend that you repair permissions and rebuild your hard drive, if you have not already done so.

Adobe programs run when you upgrade.
To have to install, discover the latest C1 update is crazy buggy, uninstall, reinstall the previous version, wait for the update and repeat is a waste of time.
And as for all the repairing permissions every five min - redunkulous.
I'm complaining Gareth, because it is a waste of my time, much like this forum.0
