Technical Support not working?
It looks as though at least the 'skin' (CSS?) of the Phase One site has been redesigned today. Thanks!

I just ran external tests and its working just fine.
We (as you can imagine with the XF launch) have had some heavy load on the servers today, so if it says try again later please do so and we will get to you.0 -

I do (try again - over a period of about four hours) but no go ☹️.
Any ideas, please?

Its a new website: so try dumping the cache or try another browser (Safari worked for me) 0 -

I tried both. Just now restarted and used FF (had been using Safari). Five times.
Same result every time ☹️0
