"no process destination enabled"

I just tried to use your online support but I can't seem to log on. Hope it's ok
to explain my problem here. Everytime I try to process a file the software
tells me \"no process destination enabled\" and I can't seem to find a way of
enabling the destination. i've checked through the help files but can find
nothing in relation to the C1DB software.

  At the Organize Tool there is a default Process Folder for Each New Session or you can establish any Process Folder using the icon at the bottom of display. Once established, that Folder will have the Process 'Gears' logo displayed adjacent to it. Be sure you have Permissions to the selected destination.

  This is a bug that you will encounter when you import a session from another computer. None of the processes will be enabled, so you just have to go to the process tab and click at least one. I've reported this ages ago, but nothing has been done about it.
