Copyright showing in CS Metadata

When I open my files in PhotoShop CS that have been processed from Capture One, I notice that there is already information in the copyright field. How do I edit this information in Capture One?

  Not in another way then the IPTC editor (Image ->IPTC editor)

  Thanks, I was not aware of how to access that. The next step to this question is how to get all of my images to have the correct copy right information without having to apply it to very image every time. Right now my process is to add the metadata through PhotoShop.

  How can I change the default setting? Am I making sense?
