IQ140 Won't Tether in Capture One Pro 7
I'm having problems tethering an IQ140 back to my Capture One Pro (latest version). I'm using a Hassleblad H4X with an IQ140 digital back. I switched the storage to "Firewire" and the firewire indicator blinks. Capture One does not recognize that the camera is connected and the camera gives me the error message "storage media is full"
I'm using a macbook pro with retina display and it's connected to the camera via a thunderbolt/firewire adapter and a fire wire cable to the digital back.
Any ideas what might be the problem? I've tried the same set up on another computer and it's also not working.
Any help would be appreciated.

Do a restore to factory defaults on the camera back.
Try another shorter firewire cable and TB adapter. Make sure the Capture folder exists and is writable. Make sure that the back has a charged battery.
What firmware are you running?
