Process is no long working but export does

Hi there
i tried to process a batch of pictures but it is networking anymore
but i can export this
has anyone else tried this and if so what is th fix

  Check your Batch queue tool. Sometimes, users remove the tool because they do not use it (they think). Process won't work. If it is still there, clear the history.

  and now i cannot not stich with photoshop as well

  i fixed it
  by deleteing is: com.phaseone.captureone8.plist
