    Thanks Keith,

Can you elaborate on the first item: \"Copy Settings From:\"?

For example, could you describe the steps for how it would be used? Does this work only for future captures or can it be used to copy settings from one image to another that is already on the disk.

I went to my dealer to have him explain this and we couldn't get this to behave the way we expected

    Michael.

    Michael,

The Copy Settings From functions are for shooting tethered when you want to apply Exposure and/or Sharpening and Crop Settings to arriving images in a tethered photo session.
This is the equivalent to the Inherit from current image on Mac platform.

Settings that can be applied are:
    Exposure tab:
    -EC
    -CC
    -Levels
    -Curve
    Focus tab:
    -Sharpening Method
    -Amount
    -Threshold
    Crop

    >>>All following captures will now have these settings applied.

First Step would be to set the White Balance on first image so it is applied to following captures. This is done with the Set as capture white balance icon (little camera) of the White Balance tab.
Then with image selected, make your image adjustments > Select Workflow > Copy Settings from > Active Capture

    OTHER TOOLS:
    Selected Capture Settings…>
Restore = Steps image settings back to previous settings in Work file
Save = Applied changes to image are saved to Work file
Reset = Clears All the image settings to default values

    All Capture Settings…>
Functions same as the Selected Capture Settings… but at the entire Preview
Cache level. Be Careful, as ALL image settings for ALL Sessions can be lost.

Hope this clarifies and helps out,
    Cheers,
    k c
